1. Use of the Platform
ChiBrations is a platform that allows artists to network and showcase community and resources to a global community. By using our platform, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ChiBrations or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any of the content without our prior written consent.
3. User Content
As a user of our platform, you may be able to upload and share your own content, such as images, videos, and descriptions of your artwork. By uploading content, you grant ChiBrations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any form, media, or technology. You also represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Activities

Artists are responsible for setting their own prices for their artwork and must comply with our pricing policies.

ChiBrations does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform. We also do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or viruses. You use our platform at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
